Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date it was received.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item(s) are:

• unused and in the same condition that you received it

• in the original packaging

• have the receipt or proof of purchase included in the package.

 Refunds

Once your item(s) are received, you will receive a notification, and we will begin the inspection process.  Once the inspection is complete, you will receive another notification on the status of your return. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within (give an estimated range of days), depending on your card issuer's policies.

 Shipping

Shipping cost is not included when returning an item.  They are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, it will be for the original cost of the item, excluding the shipping fee.
